The “User” window: “Databases” page is accessed by closing all modules, selecting the System menu, choosing “Security” (at which time you will be prompted to enter a password), selecting the “Users” page, drilling down into a user and selecting the “Databases” page.

A scrollable table in which the databases to which this user has access are listed. For more information see “Working within a module.”

A drop-down list box from which you can choose an access profile.

Add/Remove database(s) dialog box

An “Add/Remove” option is available if you right click within the table. When chosen, CC-Assist displays a dialog box in which available databases are listed. In this multiple-selection dialog box, the administrator may grant or restrict (add or remove) user access to the available databases.
