The Staff “Detail View”: “Basic Info” page is accessed by opening the Staff folder in the “Module Explorer,” selecting the Staff module and choosing the “Basic Info” page.

“First name(s)”

The first name(s) of the staff person

“Last name”

The last name of the staff person

“Notes”

Any notes that you want to store about the staff person

Staff menu

The Staff menu has the usual menu items discussed in “Working within a module.”

“New Row”

Choosing “New Row” creates a new blank Staff record.

“Delete Row”

Choosing “Delete Row” deletes the currently selected or “highlighted” Staff record. Choose this item if you want to delete an existing record, and/or if you inadvertently chose the “New Row” item and unintentionally created a new blank record. (Note: A deleted Staff cannot be “undeleted.” Therefore, be certain that you want to delete it before doing so.)

NOTE: Deleting a Staff record removes all references to it in the Members module in which it is specified as a sponsor and/or salesperson, and transfers all Contacts, in which it is specified as a contactor, to the contact orphanage.

“Procedures”

Choosing this menu item displays a selection dialog box from which you can choose any procedures that are implemented as “installed options.”

Output menu

Choosing this menu item provides access to different Staff related reports. There are two output categories to choose from: “Staff Listing” and “Other.”

“Staff Listing”

Choosing the “Staff Listing” displays the “Print Job” from which you can obtain a list of all Staff persons. This report also shows the number of times each Staff person has been identified as a “Sponsor,” “Salesperson” and “Contactor.”

“Other”

Choosing this menu item displays a selection dialog box from which you can choose any other outputs that are implemented as “installed options.”
