There are eight output categories to choose from within the Reps module: “Rep Listing,” “File Cards,” “Mailing Labels,” “Postcards,” “Nametags,” “Export Files,” “Automation” and “Other.”

“Rep Listing”

Choosing this output item creates a listing of reps according to the filters put in place for the report. The “Print Rep Listing” dialog box has five tabbed pages: “Data Components,” “Member Filters,” “Rep Filters,” “Grouping” and “Order.” Use the “Data Components” page to specify which data items will be included in the report. Use the “Member Filters,” the “Rep Filters,” the “Grouping” and the “Order” pages to specify which reps will be included and in what order they will displayed. “File Cards”

Choosing this menu item displays the “Print Rep File Carddialog box, which has four tabbed pages: “File Cards,” “Member Filters,” “Rep Filters” and “Order.” On the “File Cards” page, choose the size and type of the file cards you want to print. Use the “Member Filters,” “Rep Filters” and the “Order” pages to specify for which reps file cards will be printed and in what order they will print. For more information, see “Creating output.

“Mailing Labels”

Choosing this menu item displays the “Print Rep Mailing Label” dialog box in which you specify the size and type of label you want to print. The “Print Rep Mailing Label” dialog box has four tabbed pages: “Mailing Labels,” “Member Filters,” “Rep Filters” and “Order.” On the “Mailing Labels” page, choose the size and type of the labels you want to print. A rep mailing label displays the rep name, rep company name and rep address.

“Postcards”

Choosing this menu item displays the “Print Rep Postcard” dialog box which has five tabbed pages: “Postcards,” “Member Filters,” “Rep Filters,” “Options” and “Order.” On the “Postcards” page, choose the type of postcards you want to print. Use the “Member Filters,” “Rep Filters” pages and the “Order” pages to specify which postcards will be printed and in what order they will print. “Nametags”

Choosing this menu item displays the “Print Rep Nametags” dialog box which has four tabbed pages: “Nametags,” “Member Filters,” “Rep Filters” and “Order.” On the “Nametags” page, choose the type of nametags you want to print. Use the “Member Filters,” “Rep Filters” pages and the “Order” pages to specify which nametags will be printed and in what order they will print. For more information, see “Creating output.”

A rep nametag displays the rep first and last name and the rep company.

“Export Files”

Choosing this menu item displays the “Export Rep File” dialog box which has four tabbed pages: “Export Files,” “Member Filters,” “Rep Filters” and “Order.” Use the “Member Filters,” “Rep Filters” and “Order” pages to specify for which members’ information will be exported and in what order. “Automation”

Choosing this menu item displays the Automate Rep Data dialog box. For more information, see “Automation.”

“Other”

Choosing this menu item displays a selection dialog box from which you can choose any other outputs that are implemented as “installed options.”
