The Member Statuses “Detail View” is accessed by opening the Members folder in the “Module Explorer,” expanding the Value Tables folder and selecting the Members Statuses module. This page contains multiple text boxes and settings which are detailed below.

“Code”

A text box in which you enter the code for the member status.

“Desc”

A text box in which you enter the description or name of the Member Status.

“Pays dues”

A check box with which you specify whether or not the status is a dues-paying status.

When you perform various dues-related procedures, CC-Assist processes only Member forms that have a dues-paying status. Therefore, it is important to correctly specify which status(es) are dues-paying.

“Eligible for referral”

A check box with which you specify whether or not the status is an “Eligible for referral” status.

The Inquiries module maintains a list of members which can be referred. In order for the correct members to be included on the referral list, you must correctly specify which status(es) are “Eligible for referral” statuses.

“List in directory”

A check box with which you specify whether or not a Member with this status assigned will be displayed in your online membership directory.

“Members-only access”

CC-Assist .NET has the capability to allow members to log into their account and make changes (e.g. phone numbers, mailing address, number of employees, etc.) as necessary. Selecting this check box will allow all members with that status assigned to have “Members-only access.”
