The following filters are available to select when running member-related output.

  • By status(es) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having any of the chosen status(es) from the Member “Detail View”: “Basic Info 1” page.
  • By city(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members located in or not located in any of the chosen city(s) from the primary address located on the Member “Detail View”: “Basic Info 1” page.
  • By state(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members located in or not located in any of the chosen state(s) from the primary address located on the Member “Detail View”: “Basic Info 1” page.
  • By zip code(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members located in or not located in any of the chosen zip code(s) from the primary address located on the Member “Detail View”: “Basic Info 1” page.
  • By joined date(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having joined dates (located on the Member “Detail View”: “Basic Info 2” page) in the desired date range that is entered. In the range of joined dates, enter the first day of the desired period as the “from” date and the last day of the desired period as the “thru” date. Choose the “having” button so that the filter reads, “Filter: Members having joined dates from <date1> thru <date2>.
  • By number of days since joined date – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having joined in the desired range of days prior to the current date. In the range of number of days, enter the first day of the desired period as the “from” date and the last day of the desired period as the “thru” date. For example, to include members that have joined anytime in the past 30 days, specify “from 0 thu 30” days.
  • By dropped date(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having dropped dates (located on the Member “Detail View”: “Basic Info 2” page) in the desired date range that is entered. In the range of dropped dates, enter the first day of the desired period as the “from” date and the last day of the desired period as the “thru” date. Choose the “having” button so that the filter reads, “Filter: Members having dropped dates from <date1> thru <date2>.
  • By number of days since dropped date – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having dropped in the desired range of days prior to the current date. In the range of number of days, enter the first day of the desired period as the “from” date and the last day of the desired period as the “thru” date. For example, to include members that have dropped anytime in the past 30 days, specify “from 0 thu 30” days.
  • By sponsor(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having the name(s) of the chosen person(s) entered in the “Sponsor:” text box on the Member “Detail View”: “Basic Info 2” page.
  • By having fax number – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having a fax number on the Member “Detail View”: “Basic Info 1” page.
  • By having an e-mail address – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having an e-mail address on the Member “Detail View”: “Basic Info 1” page.
  • By having a website address – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having a website address on the Member “Detail View”: “Basic Info 1” page.
  • By having notes – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having notes on the Member “Detail View”: “Basic Info 1” page.
  • By having secondary address(es) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having secondary addresses on the Member “Detail View”: “Other Addr” page.
  • By rep attribute(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having reps with any, all, or 1 and only 1 of the chosen rep attribute(s) located on the Rep “Detail View”: “Attributes” page.
  • By rep count(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having the desired number of reps (found on the Member “Detail View”: “Reps” page) falling in the specified range. For example, use this filter when looking for members that have a desired number of reps. Set the least number of desired reps in the first text box and the greatest number of desired reps in the second text box.
  • By rep group(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members with Reps in or not in any, all, or 1 and only 1 of the chosen Rep Groups found in the Rep Groups module.
  • By salesperson(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having any of the chosen salesperson(s) located on the Member “Detail View”: “Bill Info” page.
  • By annual dues – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having an annual dues amount (located on the Member “Detail View”: “Bill Info” page) falling in the desired range. For example, use this filter when looking for members that have a desired annual dues amount. Set the least amount of annual dues in the first text box and the greatest amount of annual dues in the second text box.
  • By having an account balance – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having a balance on their account in the Member “Detail View”: “Account” page.
  • By billing frequency(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having the chosen billing frequency(s), Annual, Semi-annual, Quarterly, and/or Monthly, in the Member “Detail View”: “Bill Info” page.
  • By billing anniversary month(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having the chosen billing anniversary month(s) found in the Member “Detail View”: “Bill Info” page.
  • By next bill date(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having a next bill date (located on the Member “Detail View”: “Bill Info” page) falling in the specified range. For example, use this filter when looking for members that have a desired next bill date. In the range of next bill dates, enter the first day of the specified period as the “from” date and the last day of the specified period as the “thru” date. Choose the “having” button so that the filter reads, “Filter: Members having next bill dates from <date1> thru <date2>.
  • By billing method(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having the chosen billing method(s) from the Member “Detail View”: “Bill Info” page.
  • By having a billing rep – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having a billing rep specified in the Member “Detail View”: “Bill Info” page.
  • By having a billing rep e-mail – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having a billing rep with an email address specified in the billing rep’s“Detail View”: “Communication Info” page.
  • By sales tax code(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having the chosen sales tax code(s) entered in the “Sales Tax Code” dropdown in the Member “Detail View”: “Bill Info” page.
  • By “Send Statement” – This filter allows you to only include only the members having or not having “Send Statement” item checked in the Member “Detail View”: “Bill Info” page.
  • By payments – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having payment(s) dated in the specified date range and applied to invoices in the chosen batches. For example, you could use this filter to get a list of members that have paid their membership dues invoice in the past month.
  • By full-time employee count(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having the number of full-time employees that fall in the specified range. For example, use this filter when looking for members that have a desired full-time employee count on the Member “Detail View”: “Profile” page. Set the least number of desired employee count in the first text box and the greatest number in the second text box.
  • By established date – This filter allows you to include only the Members having established dates (located on the Member “Detail View”: “Profile” page) in the specified date range that is entered. In the range of established dates, enter the first day of the specified period as the “from” date and the last day of the specified period as the “thru” date. Choose the “having” button so that the filter reads, “Filter: Members having established dates from <date1> thru <date2>.
  • By member group(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members that are in or not in any, all, or 1 and only 1 of the chosen Member Groups from the Member “Detail View”: “Groups” page.
  • By narrative description – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having a narrative description in the Member “Detail View”: “Profile” page.
  • By business category(s) – This filter allows you to include the Members that are in or not in any of the chosen business category(s) from the Member “Detail View”: “Classes” page.
  • By USCC code(s) – This filter allows you to include the Members having or not having any of the selected USCC code(s) on the Member “Detail View”: “Classes” page.
  • By NAICS code(s) – This filter allows you to include the Members having or not having any of the selected NAICS code(s) on the Member “Detail View”: “Classes” page.
  • By number of business categories – This filter allows you to include the Members having or not having a number of business categories assigned on the Member “Detail View”: “Classes” page within the specified range.
  • By number of sponsored ads – This filter allows you to include the Members having or not having a number of sponsored business category ads within the specified range.
  • By having an admin e-mail override – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having the “Members-only Admin E-mail” overridden on the Member “Detail View”: “Online” page.
  • By online style(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having any of the chosen online style(s) assigned in the Member “Detail View”: “Online” page.
  • By having an online style override – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having the online style “Optional Items” overridden on the Member “Detail View”: “Online” page.
  • By having an online style override – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having an image inserted on the Member “Detail View”: “Online” page.
  • By online administration log in date(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having last logged in to their online account within the specified date range that is entered.
  • By alphabetical order – This filter allows you to include the Members listed or not listed between the specified letters or series of letters in the Member “Detail View”: “Basic Info 1” page.
  • By contact date(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having contacts dated within the specified date range on the Member “Detail View”: “Contacts” page. In the range of contact dates, enter the first contact day as the “from” date and the last contact day as the “thru” date.
  • By contact type(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having contacts assigned the selected contact type(s) on the Member “Detail View”: “Contacts” page.
  • By contact status(es) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having contacts assigned the selected contact status(es) on the Member “Detail View”: “Contacts” page.
  • By contactor(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having contacts assigned the the selected contactor(s) on the Member “Detail View”: “Contacts” page.
  • By contact(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having contacts dated within the specified date range and assigned the selected contact status(es) and assigned the selected contact type(s) on the Member “Detail View”: “Contacts” page.
  • By inquiry referral date(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having inquiry referral dates (located on the Member “Detail View”: “Referrals” page) in the specified date range that is entered.
  • By job date(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having at least the specified number of jobs dated within the specified date range on the Member “Detail View”: “Jobs” page.
  • By job category(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having jobs assigned the selected job category(s) on the Member “Detail View”: “Jobs” page.
  • By job types(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having jobs assigned the selected job types(s) on the Member “Detail View”: “Jobs” page.
  • By promotion start date – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having at least the specified number of promotions with a start date within the specified date range on the Member “Detail View”: “Promotions” page. The user may also specify to include only promotions that are “Preferred” or “Not Preferred.”
  • By promotion end date – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having at least the specified number of promotions with an end date within the specified date range on the Member “Detail View”: “Promotions” page. The user may also specify to include only promotions that are “Preferred” or “Not Preferred.”
  • By news date(s) – This filter allows you to include only the Members having or not having at least the specified number of news articles dated within the specified date range on the Member “Detail View”: “News” page.
