An Event Registration “Detail View” is available from within the Registrations module level. Once in the Registrations module level, select the “Event Selections” page from the Registrations “Detail View.” This page displays the Registration Selections completed for an Event Registration.

“Registration Selections” table

A scrollable table of Registration Selections that have been completed for an Event. This table has three default columns: “Description,” “Members Only” and “Free.” This table is configurable. For more information see “Working within a module.”

“Description”

Description of the selected registration.

“Members Only”

Indicates if the event registration that was submitted is available for current chamber members only.

“Free”

Notes if the event registration that was submitted is free.

Items menu

The Items menu is available within an Event Registration is discussed in “Working within a module.”

Output menu

“Event Online Registration Log”

This report is available from within an Event Registration. Choosing this menu item displays the Print Event Registration Listing which has four tabbed pages: Data Components, Member Filters page, Registration Filters and Order page. Use the Data Components page to specify which data items will be included in the report. Use the Member Filters and the Registration Filters page and the Order page specify a time period to obtain a listing of all online event registrations that have occurred during the specified time period for specified members. For more information regarding saving custom reports and other output options, see “Creating output.”

“Other”

Choosing this menu item displays a selection dialog box from which you can choose any other outputs that are implemented as “installed options.”

Selections menu

The Selections menu is available when viewing a Participant Detail view within an Event Registration Selection and is discussed in “Working within a module.”

You can drill down into a Registration Selection into the Selections level and view the participants associated with a Registration. When configuring an event you can require or not require this information be included when a registration is completed.
In the example below, you can see you are viewing a registration completed by a representative of City Computer Services. The one attendee associated with this registration has a job title of Marketing Director.
